Can we take vitamin tablets and antibiotics tablets to gether. after taking them only I got this confusion!?

today morning I took an antibiotic tablet for a cut in my leg with a corroded iron piece and a vitamin tablet!!!!...I want to know whether it is OK to take them both together?? thank you
