How much would you expect a garage to charge for this work?

I'm not sure of some of the things you listed.Tie rod?Anyway,For all that I would guess,valve cover gaskets,cam/timing belt replaced?Rods? Well I would GUESS-$300.-$450.But I'm not sure which rods your referring to!Thank You and Good Luck.
