IF someone is fool enough to try and smoke in your car with your ASTHMATIC child, shouldn't it be perfectly?

Honestly, I find smoking in a non-smoker's car after being told not to smoke the offensive thing. I don't think smoking in a car with an asthmatic child is good, but a "healthy" child...well...not that big of a deal. Not ideal. Not even polite. But not like injecting vials arsenic in their bloodstreams.
