Check engine light 2006 ford explorer, codes 171 and 174, HELP!?

Check engine light 2006 ford explorer 4.0, codes 171 and 174. Possible lean burn engine, vacuum leak, I'm looking for possible solutions to these problems. I found a hose that says "Gas Fuel Line" that is kind of corroded thats going into the intake manifold, could this be the problem?
