Who are more important when it comes to education, our kids or illegal kids?

i ask because los angeles unified school district had a talk today about no longer having preschool, kindergarten and second semester for 12th graders because they can't afford it. would it be better to no longer allow illegal kids to attend our schools so our kids can continue having preschool, kindergarten and a full yr of 12th grade or let illegal kids continue attending and drop preschool, kindergarten and second semester of 12th grade?
